We are a Media Production Agency that specializes in crafting compelling stories that go beyond visuals - we create videos that resonate with your audience and reflect the heart of your brand. THE PROCESS

The client-centric approach that we follow to make sure we fully customize your media to ensure your vision

Step 1: Setting Destination

After filling out an inquiry form with your guidelines, we will schedule a deep dive to go over your brands story, style and goals. Here is where we identify your audience and desired outcomes.

Step 2: Gearing Up

If you proceed, we will then dive into the concept development. This is where we will craft a story that aligns with your mission. Storyboarding, scripting, location scouting and much more so that every detail is maticulously planned out

Step 3: Main Expedition

Following approval, begins the best part and the reward for all of our planning: The actual execution of bringing this to life. During production you will also receive a schedule and progress updates so that you can stay fully involved

Step 4: The Descent

Now that we have scaled the mountain it is to reflect. We will now bring all of the footage together and assemble the video. With your collaboration we will go through the needed feedback & revisions to deliver you a high quality final product.

Simply contact us by filling out an inquiry form so that we can get some background on what you are looking for. We will then reach out to set up a call where we will have already done the needed research to answer you questions.

We offer the comprehensive media services needed for the success of any projects. This includes Videography, Drone Piloting, Color Grading & Photography. We also use our network to provide VFX, Voice Overs & Animation services.

For pricing we offer three base packages that we have put together based on what we've learned our clients need (Check them out in the "Pick Your Path" tab. However, we do understand that each project is unique and are capable of customizing these packages after talking about your specific situation

Project timelines vary depending on complexity such as type of video, duration & resource scheduling. Typically, short form videos can take around 1 - 2 weeks while long form videos can be around 2 - 3 weeks. We do also offer rush delivery as an add-on if needed.

Absolutely! Wayfaring Studios is located in Denver, Colorado but collaborates with clients both nationally & globally. Keep in mind that long travel expenses will be reflected in the quote.

Our main differentiator is that although we do care about producing captivating visuals, we understand that ultimately your brand is looking for results in the form of a call-to-action from your audience. We both understand and prioritize this as our main inspiration when putting together the media that will get you to your objective.

Absolutely, we might specialize in lively adventure type videos but with almost a decade of experience, we have also made videos for many other industries from Tech Companies to Construction Businesses.
